Fort Sumter House Masterpiece with Charleston Waterfront Views

Constructed in the Spanish Colonial Design, the style of many of the grand hotels in Palm Beach and South Florida. This ground floor condominium is positioned on the Charleston harbor with unbelievable views of the waterfront and formerly served as the sunroom lobby for the original 1920’s hotel. This location on the ground floor allows for a separate exterior entry.  The design includes soaring 15’ ceilings, private piazza with water views, restored terrazzo floors, 10’ tall mahogany doors with 2-1/2’ transom windows above. High ceilings and large expanses of glass combine to provide a sophisticated sense of grandeur.  The new space was designed by Beau Clowney Design and meticulously constructed by Harper Finucan.
