Tamara Stout has lived in the Metro Atlanta area since childhood. After 25 years in a successful career as a speech-language pathologist and learning specialist, she decided to pursue her love of real estate. In her first year as a real estate agent, a year many consider the worst real estate market in history, Tamara had almost two million dollars in closed sales with an additional million dollars in sales slated to close in early 2008.

 

Tamara specializes in luxury lakefront properties and new home communities. She represents both buyers and sellers in the residential market with a focus on offering the highest level of customer service, aggressive and innovative marketing, and a solid knowledge of the market.

 

A real estate investor and second home owner for more than eight years, Tamara and her family currently own a lake front second home at Lake Lanier. As soon as her teenage boys are in college, she and her husband are hoping to make it their permanent residence.

 

Tamara is a member of the 400 North Board of REALTORS and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She earned a BS degree from Auburn University, a MS degree from Vanderbilt University, and a PhD from Georgia State University.
